This weekend was our High School retreat in Newport. The retreat was called, "Joyful Noise" and was all about the psalms in the Bible. Not only did we learn about David and the psalms he wrote, we also learned how prayer can come in many forms including music, adoration, praise, traditional prayer, reflection and meditation. Each psalm in the Bible expresses different emotions and reflect the joys and struggles we face today. Check back for a slideshow of pics from the retreat.
